Terms of Service
Effective date: April 29, 2026
Treasury Trace provides software for monitoring onchain wallets, rules, and alerts. By accessing or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of wallet addresses, rule configuration, access credentials, and any operational decisions made using alerts or dashboard data. Treasury Trace is an informational monitoring tool and does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, custody, or transaction execution services.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer non-public functionality, bypass usage limits, share unauthorized access, or use the service to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Subscription access, plan limits, billing intervals, and trial periods are shown at checkout and in the billing page. We may update product functionality, plan limits, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and as-available. Treasury Trace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

We collect information needed to provide and secure the service, including account identifiers, email addresses, authentication metadata, organization records, configured wallet addresses, monitoring rules, alerts, billing status, and technical logs.
We use this information to authenticate operators, provide the dashboard, process subscriptions, maintain plan limits, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate service-related information.
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, and support operations. Crypto billing transactions are verified on-chain; we do not store private keys or take custody of customer funds.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.

Refund policy
Refund Policy
Effective date: April 29, 2026
Treasury Trace subscriptions may include a trial period when shown at checkout. If you cancel during an active trial before the first charge, you will not be charged for that subscription.
Paid subscriptions are activated after a verified on-chain crypto payment for the selected plan and billing interval. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you paid in error, contact us within 14 days of the payment with the account email, organization name, transaction hash, and a short explanation.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Refund timing depends on the network, liquidity, and any payment rail used for reimbursement.
We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, failure to cancel before renewal, or service usage that complied with the selected plan. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
